Realizations

In a dark place the world is so clear - Ironic.

I try to find answers. Teetering.

Do answers even exist? Surely.

Or maybe not.

The world is too complex for me.

Or am I too complex for the world?

Perhaps I make something out of nothing.

Or maybe nothing is everything.

The annoyance of repetition,

But repetition is safe.

Do not break the mold.

Safety stands all in the mind,

We must realize.

I fear of being alone.

It's quiet and I hate the sound.

Quiet is violent in my mind.

These thoughts occur in our enemy,

The enemy being our mind.

The only true person we know is ourselves,

Yet we’re fearful of our self.

Society is all one distraction,

A distraction from our own mind.

Somehow, peace must be found.

The answer lies within once we realize,

Nothing is everything.
